Vegan feta cheese made from tofu
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Herbed Tofu 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Press as much water out of the tofu as possible by placing something heavy on top, and let it sit like that for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Crumble the tofu, add it to the bowl, and let it sit for at least 2 hours before use (preferably overnight).
