  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Corn Starch 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Baking Powder ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Vanilla extract ½ spoons
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Salt a pinch

Mix 90 grams of sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.

Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

Add the flour and knead the dough. It should come together into a ball.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 5 mm.

Cut out circles or any other shapes from the dough using cookie cutters.
