Ingredients
- Water 0 fl oz
- Ground Coffee 0 oz
- Chestnut flour 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 0 oz
- Muscovado Sugar 0 oz
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Plant-based Cream 5 fl oz
- Chia Seeds 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the plant-based milk and chia seeds.
Step 2
Let them swell (this will take about 20 minutes).
Step 3
Take two deep bowls: one for dry ingredients and the other for liquid ingredients.
Step 4
Once the chia seeds are ready, add them to the liquid and mix well.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients and mix again. Do this quickly.
Step 6
Grease a 20 cm (8 inch) round baking dish with butter, pour in the batter, and place the pie in the oven for 35 minutes. Bake at 375°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 7
Once the pie has cooled, cut it into two pieces and drizzle with warm chocolate.
