- Zucchini 15 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Whole Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Flaxseed Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Banana 1 piece
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- 70% Dark Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the brownie batter using the standard method: mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out the excess moisture, and add it to the dry ingredients. Add all the liquids to the resulting mixture and mix until a uniform batter forms.
Step 2
In a preheated oven at 160ºC (320ºF), bake the brownies in a silicone mold greased with a drop of olive oil for 30-40 minutes (depending on the power of your oven). Prepare the cream: mash the banana well with a fork, mix it with lemon juice, and simmer this mixture over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the chocolate pieces and stir the cream until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 3
When the brownies are ready, spread the cream on top and cut them into serving pieces.
