  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder ½ spoons
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Flaxseeds 0 oz
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
  • Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
  • Graham Crackers 0 oz
  • Flower Salt to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

In a small bowl, mix flaxseed meal and 130 ml of water. Let it sit for 10 minutes. This mixture is called a 'flax egg'.

Beat the margarine and both types of sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and the flax egg to the butter mixture.

Sift the flour together with the cornstarch.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixing bowl.

Lightly crush the corn flakes in a blender.

Once the dough has come together, add the chocolate chips and cornmeal. Mix again on medium speed.

Use an ice cream scoop or damp hands to shape six cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can further decorate the tops of the cookies with chocolate chips. Refrigerate the cookies for 30 minutes.

Bake the cookies for 20–25 minutes at 375°F. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
