Description
You can substitute espresso with a tablespoon of instant coffee.
Ingredients
- Dates 20 pieces
- Almonds 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Vanilla 2 teaspoons
- Avocado 1 piece
- Coconut Oil ¼ cup
- Coconut cream ⅓ cup
- Maple syrup 3 tablespoons
- Espresso 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a mold with parchment paper where the brownies will set.
Step 2
For the bottom layer, blend almonds, dates, vanilla, and half of the cocoa powder in a blender.
Step 3
Evenly distribute the resulting mixture across the bottom of the mold.
Step 4
For the top layer, blend the remaining cocoa powder, avocado, coconut oil, coconut cream, maple syrup, and coffee in a blender.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture in the mold and distribute evenly.
Step 6
Place in the freezer until set, then remove from the mold, peel off the parchment, and cut into small pieces.
