- Water 1 cup
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Semolina 1 cup
- Cherry Flour 0 oz
- Whole Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Raisins 0 oz
- Almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins in hot water.
Step 2
Mix semolina, water, and honey, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the sifted cherry flour and whole wheat flour (the batter should have the consistency of sour cream).
Step 4
Add the raisins and nuts, vegetable oil, and baking soda.
Step 5
Bake at a temperature of 180-190°C.
