Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Plant-Based Milk 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla Sugar 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir.
Step 4
Grate the carrot and add it to the mixture, stirring well.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased pan. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 340°F.
