Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Safflower Oil 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Applesauce ½ cup
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, wash and bake the bananas in the oven (20 minutes at 355°F). During this time, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar with the oil.
Step 2
Remove the bananas, peel them, and blend them into a puree. Mix the banana puree with the applesauce, then add the mixed sugar and oil.
Step 3
Next, add flour, a pinch of cinnamon, and mix everything thoroughly. Then add the finely chopped walnuts.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone cake mold and bake for one hour in an oven preheated to 390°F. When the cake is ready, remove it, let it cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar.
