Vedic Chickpea Candies
Ingredients
- Chickpea 5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 3 spoons
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Honey 2 spoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hours, then drain, rinse, and cook for 40–60 minutes. Finally, dry them on a towel.
Step 2
If desired, you can manually peel the chickpeas to achieve a smoother texture.
Step 3
In a blender, combine all the ingredients until they form a crumbly mixture resembling shortcrust pastry.
Step 4
You can roll the mixture into balls or use molds to shape them into any form ;)
