  • Milk 1½ glasses
  • Sugar ½ glasses
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Vanillin ½ spoons
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Thoroughly rub the sugar with the egg yolks and flour. Gradually stir in hot milk, and while continuously stirring, cook the sauce until it comes to a boil.

Step 2

As soon as the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat, strain it through a sieve, and add vanilla.
