- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 3½ tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vodka 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, add a pinch of salt, vanilla, the dissolved baking soda, sour cream, and vodka. Mix everything well and add flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Roll out not too thin (slightly less than 1 cm), cut out puffs with a cookie cutter, and fry in hot vegetable oil. The puffs puff up before your eyes and cook instantly. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
