- Green Banana Syrup 2 tablespoons

- Vanilla Protein Powder 1 cup

Step 1
Place the egg, applesauce, baking powder, syrup, milk, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the protein flour mixture.

Mix everything well again.
Step 4
