- Sugar ¼ cup
- Frozen Raspberries 1½ cups
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Grand Marnier Liqueur to taste
- Raspberry leaves 25 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the berries begin to burst.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add a small amount of liqueur and the raspberries. Gently stir, being careful not to crush the berries.
Step 3
Scoop the ice cream into dessert bowls and drizzle with the warm berry compote.
