Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1.30 tablespoons
- Milk 0 qt
- Honey 1 cup
- Vanillin ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the flour in cold milk, avoiding lumps. Add honey and vanillin. Place the saucepan with the milk mixture over medium heat, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks and gradually incorporate them into the milk mixture, preventing curdling.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them gently into the milk mixture.
Step 4
Pour the soufflé into a baking dish, place it in a preheated oven at 320°F, and bake for 20 minutes. Before serving, cool and dust with powdered sugar.
