Description
It is not very easy to find vanilla extract in our stores; mainly vanillin and vanilla sugar are sold. This is a very simple way to make extract.

- White Beans 2 pieces
- Vodka 10 fl oz

Step 1
Split the vanilla beans in half lengthwise and place them in a glass jar with a lid.
Step 2
Pour in the vodka and seal tightly with the lid. Store in a cool, dark place, shaking occasionally, for 3 to 5 months.
