
Vanilla Easter Kulich with Berries

Description
This amount of ingredients yields a small kulich, just over 200 grams. I used a paper mold with a 3.5-inch diameter. You can substitute the essence with vanilla sugar.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 2 spoons
- Red Currant to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mash the softened butter and sugar with a fork, add the eggs, and beat with a mixer until smooth. Then, add the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Add vanilla essence to the milk, stir, and pour it into the batter. Mix everything well and pour it into the baking pan.
Step 3
Bake at 355°F for about 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 4
Decorate the cooled kulich with whipped cream mixed with powdered sugar and berries.
