Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Margarine 5 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
The night before, mix milk, eggs, sugar, raisins, yeast, and diced margarine in a pot, leaving it without stirring overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, add 360 g of flour and vanillin, knead the dough until smooth.
Step 3
Divide into molds, filling them halfway or less, and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 390°F.
