Description

You can use a packet of vanilla powder instead of flavoring. It's best to sprinkle the cupcake decoration on the fresh icing while it is still wet.

Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Canned Peaches 5 oz
  • Gingerbread-flavored syrup 0 fl oz
  • Fresh Berries to taste
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Vanilla Protein Powder to taste
  • Pastry decorations to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

Melt the butter (the easiest way is in the microwave on medium power for about a minute). Then let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the milk using a hand mixer (or with a special attachment in a large mixer).

Step 4

Pour the melted butter into the beaten mixture, add the flavoring, sprinkle in the sugar, and beat well again.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Make a well in the center and pour in the beaten ingredients. Mix well with a spoon.

Step 6

Chop the berries and add them to the batter, gently mixing.

Step 7

Place paper liners (or silicone ones) in a muffin tin. Fill each cup with batter using a spoon and a silicone spatula.

Step 8

Bake for 15–20 minutes.

Step 9

Let the finished muffins cool on a rack. Meanwhile, prepare the icing: in a small bowl, add about 2 teaspoons of syrup from the canned strawberries to the powdered sugar, mixing until you get a thick consistency.

Step 10

Spread icing generously on the cooled muffins and immediately sprinkle with decorations. You can also decorate with fresh strawberries. Wait for the icing to set.
