
Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze, Cherries, and Strawberry Jam Filling

Description
To make the chocolate glaze, melt 80 grams of dark chocolate or chocolate candies with 10–20 grams of butter. Add a cinnamon stick to the mixture and simmer for 1 minute. Dip frozen or fresh cherries in the glaze. Place a cherry on top of each cupcake, and pour or spread the glaze over the cupcake if the glaze is thick. Allow to cool and set.

- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 cup
- Chili jam 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Grate in the butter.
Step 3
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Step 4
Slowly pour in the milk and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Fill the cupcake molds 1/4 full, placing floured strawberries (one per serving) in each. Pour over the tops.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven until done.
