Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix sugar and room temperature butter until creamy.
Step 3
Add eggs and mix thoroughly by hand or with a mixer. Gradually add the flour mixture with baking soda and salt, then yogurt, gently mixing.
Step 4
Mix cocoa with water, ensuring no lumps form. Pour a third of the batter into another container and combine it with the cocoa. Add vanilla extract to the white batter.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan with butter. Pour half of the white batter into the bottom, then the chocolate batter, and finally the second half of the white batter.
Step 6
Bake the cupcake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 45–55 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the cooled cupcake from the pan. For the glaze, melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Cover the surface of the cupcake with white chocolate. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cupcake.
