Vanilla Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Heavy cream 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- White Beans 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan. Place it on the heat and bring to a boil, but do not let it boil! As soon as bubbles appear, remove it from the heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, add the powdered sugar to the egg yolks. Whisk with a whisk until you have a smooth and fluffy mixture.
Step 3
Now pour a little hot cream into the egg yolk mixture, stirring vigorously.
Step 4
After that, pour the mixture into the remaining cream and stir.
Step 5
Put the saucepan back on low heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. The mixture will thicken slightly.
Step 6
Then pour the mixture into a container in which you will cool the ice cream. Place it in the freezer for 3–4 hours. Every 15–20 minutes, stir the mixture vigorously.
