Vanilla Cottage Cheese Casserole with Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks of the five eggs. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, place 25 grams of butter, add 125 grams of granulated sugar and one packet of vanilla sugar. Cream until smooth. Add the 5 yolks and continue to cream until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
To the resulting mixture, add 50 grams of sour cream, mix, and then add 500 grams of cottage cheese. Thoroughly blend the mixture and add 95 grams of flour.
Step 4
Mix well, add half of the beaten egg whites, gently fold them into the mixture. While continuing to mix, add the remaining beaten egg whites.
Step 5
Line the bottom of a 24-centimeter springform pan with parchment paper and grease the bottom with butter.
Step 6
Bake the cottage cheese casserole in a preheated oven at 355°F for 45–55 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick.
Step 7
Transfer the finished casserole to a wire rack. It can be served hot.
