  • Butter 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Vanilla extract 1½ spoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Fresh Berries to taste
  • Pastry decorations to taste
  • Red Food Coloring to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Grease a 12 cm diameter baking pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.

Beat room temperature butter and 100 grams of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla paste, and mix well.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then mix again.

Transfer the dough to a baking dish and create a slight indentation in the center to prevent the cake from rising too much. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
