- Honey 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Banana puree 1 glass
- Milk 1 glass
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the vanilla, banana puree, and lemon juice.
Step 2
In a large bowl, prepare the batter: mix the flour, milk, baking powder, and egg, then add the puree and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir in the butter and honey.
Step 4
Mix everything together until smooth, preferably in a mixer.
Step 5
Bake at 275 degrees, then immediately place in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
