Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Clarified Butter to taste
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine eggs, salt, flour, and sugar, and knead a rather stiff dough.
Step 2
Roll it out as thin as possible and cut into strips.
Step 3
Twist each strip into a rope.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, heat the oil to boiling, drop in the ropes, and fry them until pale yellow.
Step 5
Remove the finished crisps from the oil, drain on a paper towel, cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
