Description
This dough is suitable for pancakes, crepes, batter, and cakes. The chocolate cake turns out especially delicious. To make it, add 3–6 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the dough, and after the cake cools, coat it with any melted chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the egg, sugar, and mayonnaise with a fork, gradually adding the kefir.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the baking soda and add it to the bowl.
Step 3
Knead thoroughly. The dough should have a consistency similar to mayonnaise.
Step 4
The dough can be used for making pancakes (in which case, make it a bit thinner by adding more kefir), fritters, as batter, or you can add fruits or dried fruits, vanilla, or zest, pour it into a mold, and bake at 355°F for 1.5 hours. You will get a wonderful cake!
