Ingredients
- Poultry 20 oz
- Scallops 10 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour cold water over the chicken and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add the chicken scallops, and cook for 1.5 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms into strips and add them to the broth.
Step 3
Chop the onion, celery, and carrots, and add them to the soup.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste to the soup and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Knead the dough from flour, eggs, and water. Roll out the dough and cut it into thin noodles.
Step 6
Drop the noodles into the boiling soup and cook until done, adding garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped herbs.
