Ingredients
- Sugar 2 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sour Cream 2 cans
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons

Beat the eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream and mix.
Step 3
Add softened butter and beat.
Step 4
Then add the baking soda.
Step 5
Sift in the flour and knead the dough.
Step 6
Divide the dough into two parts.
Step 7
Mix one part of the dough with cocoa.
Step 8
Spoon the dough into muffin tins, alternating dark and light dough.
Step 9
Place the muffin tins in a preheated oven (160–355°F).
Step 10
Bake for 40–60 minutes.
