Two-Tone Chocolate Bars with Cranberries and Nuts

Ingredients

  • Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
  • Chopped almonds ¾ cup
  • Liquid dark chocolate 20 oz
  • White Chocolate 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the cranberries and nuts.

Step 2

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Line a 20x30 cm baking tray with parchment paper and pour the chocolate in an even layer. Let it cool, but not until completely hard.

Step 3

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and add ¾ cup of the berry-nut mixture to it. Spread it over the dark chocolate and smooth it out slightly.

Step 4

Sprinkle the remaining berries and nuts on top, gently pressing them into the chocolate.

Step 5

Allow to set and break into pieces.
