Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Kefir 1 cup
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
- Apple 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir with sugar and add a pinch of salt. Whisk together.
Step 2
Add melted butter and the egg.
Step 3
Gradually incorporate flour with baking soda and vanilla sugar. The batter should be uniform and thick like foam.
Step 4
Place most of the batter into a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Then arrange the sliced apples in a 'fan' shape and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Repeat for 2 layers.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
