Two-Layer Nectarine Jelly

Ingredients

  • Nectarines 2 pieces
  • Fruit Jelly 5 oz
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Egg white 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the jelly (1 package), adding sugar if necessary (1–2 tablespoons of sugar). Pour the jelly into glasses, add chopped nectarine. Tilt the glasses, place them in a large bowl, and put them in the refrigerator to freeze.

Step 2

Prepare the second batch of jelly in the same way as the first. Cool it down. When the jelly starts to thicken, beat the egg whites with a mixer and gradually fold them into the jelly. Spread it over the set layer of jelly and return it to the freezer until fully frozen.
