Two-Layer Cherry Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Kefir ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 0.3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, kefir, and sugar with a fork until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour in the flour and baking soda, and mix.
Step 2
Divide the dough in half. Add cocoa to one half.
Step 3
Pour the light dough into a cake mold. Distribute the cherries over it and carefully pour the dark dough on top, spoon by spoon.
Step 4
Bake the cake for 1 hour at 355°F.
