- Apple 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 7 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Melt the butter. Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly dust with flour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 340°F. Mix the eggs with sugar. Combine the flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, and melted butter. Place the apples at the bottom of the dish, then pour the batter over them.
Step 3
Bake the pie in the oven for one hour. Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
