Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 7 pieces
- Sugar 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 lbs
- Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the frosting with 1 liter of sour cream and 200 g of sugar and set aside.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with 300 g of sugar, then add the flour and baking soda, which has been reacted with vinegar.
Step 3
Using a tablespoon, place the batter on a greased baking sheet, leaving enough space between the rounds. A standard baking sheet can hold 9 rounds (3x3). Bake at 390°F until golden brown.
Step 4
Dip the finished rounds in the frosting and arrange them on a plate to form the cake.
Step 5
Mix 125 g of sour cream with 100 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Allow the finished glaze to cool slightly, then pour over the cake. Let it soak.
