Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Mint 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour rice with water and cook on low heat for about half an hour.
Step 2
Thoroughly mix yogurt with flour and egg, and gradually pour the resulting mixture into the rice. Bring to a boil while stirring, and after 10 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 3
Add butter and chopped mint to the soup. Season with salt.
