  • Kefir 1 cup
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil ½ cup
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Toasted Sesame 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix kefir, vegetable oil, softened margarine, and baking powder, then add flour. The dough should be soft. Let it rest for a while.

Step 2

For the filling, grate the cheese on a medium grater, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg white, and mix.

Step 3

Form the dough into sausages, cut into cubes. Slightly roll out the cubes, place a bit of filling in the center of each, seal, and shape into a roll.

Step 4

Once the rolls are ready, place them on a baking sheet greased with margarine. Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 355°F in the oven.
