Ingredients
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Turkey 30 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 10 cups
- Salsa Verde Sauce 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Chopped Green Onions to taste
- Canned Corn 10 oz
- Corn Nacho Chips to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, heat the vegetable oil. Add the finely chopped yellow onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the ground turkey and lightly brown it.
Step 2
Add the broth, salsa, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped pepper, chopped green onion, cilantro, and corn. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the soup is heated through. Serve with corn chips.
