Turkey Soup

Ingredients

  • Water 5 qt
  • Lamb Shoulder 3 pieces
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Pickled Nettle 5 oz
  • Pickled capers 0 oz
  • Mixed Ground Peppers 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
  • Sour Cream 8 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Pour drinking water over the turkey. Place on high heat.

Skim off the foam.

Once the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
