Turkey Soup
Ingredients
- Water 5 qt
- Lamb Shoulder 3 pieces
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Pickled Nettle 5 oz
- Pickled capers 0 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Sour Cream 8 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour drinking water over the turkey. Place on high heat.
Step 2
Skim off the foam.
Step 3
Once the broth comes to a boil, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Finely chop the cherry tomatoes and add salt.
Step 5
After 20 minutes of boiling, add the chopped herbs.
Step 6
Then add the cherry tomatoes.
Step 7
Season with the mixed peppers.
Step 8
Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add salt.
Step 9
Transfer the turkey to a plate and let it cool slightly. Then slice it thinly and return it to the broth.
Step 10
Pour part of the hot soup into a deep container and crack an egg into the portion. Stir for 30 seconds.
Step 11
Add a spoonful of sour cream and chili flakes. Done!
