Tuna and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- Shallot 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Leek 1 piece
- Bamboo shoots 5 oz
- Bonito tuna fillet 1 tablespoon
- Turnips 1 piece
- Tofu 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the turnip and pour hot broth over it. Add the shallots. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the turnip is tender. Season with salt.
Step 2
Add the bamboo shoots, tofu, and dried tuna flakes to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the leek into thin rings and add to the soup. Remove the soup from heat.
