Ingredients

  • Ciabatta 1 piece
  • Canned tuna in its own juice 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 1½ tablespoons
  • Cress salad 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Toasted Sesame to taste
  • Sumac to taste

Cut a piece of ciabatta. Place it on a preheated skillet. Toast for 2 minutes over high heat.

Thinly slice the onion into rings.
