Tuna and green pea soup
Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 10 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Rice 3 spoons
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them, and cut into cubes. Rinse the rice. Drain half of the oil from the can of tuna.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the potatoes, carrots, a whole onion, rice, and canned goods. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the green peas, bay leaf, pepper, and salt to taste. You can also add French herbs. Bring to a boil until cooked through. Remove the onion. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
