Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into triangles and sauté in a pan for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl, adding warm milk and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Mash the tuna with a fork (do not use the juice; if it's in oil, use it all), and add to the mixture.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the mixture.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes to the mixture and stir everything thoroughly.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Sift everything through a sieve.
Step 7
Combine both mixtures — the dry and the wet, and mix thoroughly, eliminating lumps.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 9
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour in the batter.
Step 10
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
