Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
Step 2
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Mix the egg whites with the sugar (no need to whip), add the flour and melted butter. The batter will be quite runny.
Step 4
Spoon circles of batter onto a baking sheet. Leave plenty of space between the circles, as the batter will spread.
Step 5
Generously sprinkle with almond flakes.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes at 340°F.
