  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Ground Almonds 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
  • Oranges 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the butter, sugar, zest, juice, flour, and almonds well.

Step 2

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Draw circles on parchment paper. Grease the circles on the paper with a thin layer of butter.

Step 4

Place a teaspoon of dough on the drawn circle. Spread the dough into a thin layer.

Step 5

Bake in a well-preheated oven at 355°F for 4–5 minutes — watch closely! The tuiles burn quickly.
