Ingredients
- Dry Malted Milk Powder 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and water, and cook over heat until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Add butter and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Allow the cocoa-butter mixture to cool in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Gradually add dry milk to the cooled mixture, stirring thoroughly, until the liquid absorbs as much as it can. Your goal is a thick chocolate paste. Place this paste in the refrigerator, where it will firm up to a consistency that allows you to shape truffle balls of any desired size.
Step 5
The shaped balls can be eaten as is or rolled in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, wafers, cocoa, etc.
