Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 5 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the egg yolks well in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour, sugar, and freshly melted warm butter, and knead into a pleasant dough.
Step 3
Pinch off a piece of dough, roll it into a ball (2 cm), and gently press it down onto a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper, forming something like a truffle.
Step 4
Bake at 340°F for about 15–25 minutes.
Step 5
Roll the cooled cookies in a mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa.
