Description
The chips are prepared very quickly, literally in seconds. Therefore, as you start dropping them into the oil, you need to have cooking tongs or chopsticks ready in the other hand.
Ingredients
- Rice Paper 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Truffle Oil 5 tablespoons
- Nut Seasoning ½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the rice paper.
Step 2
Cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat both types of oil well in a pan.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Drop the pieces of paper in one at a time. Remove them immediately, as they cook quickly.
Step 6
Transfer the finished chips to paper towels.
Step 7
Once the excess oil is gone, transfer them to a plate.
Step 8
Add salt to taste.
Step 9
Season with nut seasoning.
Step 10
Mix gently and serve.
