- Onion 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, cover it with cold water, add salt, parsley root, onion, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the rice and add it to the fish broth. Add salt.
Step 3
Pit the cornelian cherries and add them to the soup.
Step 4
