Ingredients
- 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Cold-smoked trout 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Water 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using your hands, crumble the flour with the butter, then add the egg yolk, salt, water, and knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Step 2
Spread the dough evenly across the bottom of an 18-20 centimeter pan, creating a 3 cm high edge.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion. Grate the cheese. Cut the fish into small cubes.
Step 4
For the filling, mix the cheese, 2 eggs, sour cream, chopped onion, boiled cabbage, and fish, then pour into a baking dish.
Step 5
Bake at 355°F for 35 minutes.
